Any stories of moms who held their newborns all the time and had trouble with babysitters?

I keep being told that I hold my newborn waay too much and I won't find a sitter because he'll want to be held all the time. In my opinion I dont hold him enough I love my baby and I love holding and cuddling him but I dont want him to be trouble for a sitter.. whats the truth?
