Repost- question deleted. Is this going to cause more trouble than it will be worth?

He gets time off, I would push him into taking his son and remind him that you probably make the most money on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. How can he not want more time with his son? In the end his parents will probably watch him and so be it. It's him that's missing out his son growing up.
