What movie might this be?

Hello !! I vaguely remember a few details of a movie I desperately want to watch again. These 2 pilot fall into captivity. And somehow manage to steal the jet fighter of their captors(I think Isreal) and end up in a dog fight with one of their own (Americans?) cos sure, they had an Israel aircraft :) can someone help my memories?
