What would make you hire a specific person?

Even if they were only 13.. what would they have to know how to do?? (regarding parent of very young infants-9) I am 13 and REALLY want to babysit and I have a TONNN of experience with little infants;youd be shocked. But how do I get jobs??What do you look for in a sitter for your oh so precious little ones?Thanks in advance!! <333
