Airlines that allow cockatoos in cabin?

My family and I are going to Mexico, next summer and we want to start planning way ahead. I don't feel comfortable about leaving my cockatoo here with a pet sitter, so if we can, we want to take her with us. We will be staying with my uncle in Mexico so we won't have to worry about hotels, and he likes Kiwi (my cockatoo) so he won't mind her at all! (kiwi also likes my uncle). Please help. If I can't take her with us, I can find a friend for Kiwi to stay with, but we really want her with us. Thanks!
