Did you know..................?

Actually, they are still considered wild. I get what you mean, but thats a different definition. Feral means something that was domesticated, then was released or escaped. Barn cats, for example, are feral. Just because they didn't originate here doesn't mean they can't be wild. Many types of rats were brought over here, and while some people have "domesticated" some by keeping them as house pets, they're still wild animals. ALL of the horses running loose didn't escape from someone's farm somewhere. Some of the horses out there are feral, but many are still wild horses. Animals can be taken from one place and placed in another and still be wild.
