In WA if a child care provider terminates care do i still have to send them there? ?

Long story short,my childcare is paid for by WA state DSHS I have four children after a few months of my kids going to licensed sitter she gave me a two week notice that she no longer wanted or could handle my children a few days later I found another licensed provider (family friend finally had opening ). I contacted old sitter and told her my kids would no longer be going there (I just felt it was best for everyone involved). She than told me those two weeks where paid and I would either have to pay in cash,send my kids or wait a week to enroll them some where else...it was in her policys I sighned..but she was the one who terminated care? What can I do?
