Looking for title of movie?

The movie title is just the name of the main character. The movie is about him fighting the big crime boss in his city, but he is really a crazy guy who has escaped captivity, and he is imagining all of this around him and the "crime boss" is really his father. Something along the lines of that. It's really annoying me.
