Should I stay in Orange County or move back to Queens?

I lived in queens all my life and sold my house and moved to Orange County 6 years ago. Gave up my job in the City because of the commute and did not have a baby sitter for my 3 kids- since moving here we have been struggling - and I mean struggling - loss my house - and have had at least a dozen jobs in the six years that I have been here. I have had to have part time jobs as well as full time jobs- none of them pay more than 13.00 an hour and that is the most I have been paid. Up here everything is driving- so not only do I have 2 car payments, insurance, rent and everything else including feeding 3 children with both me and my husband making $13.00 an hour- should I just wave the white flag and move back to queens. I still have family in queens which I miss horribly and my father passed away in december - is it just everything with my dad gone and not having any money - the constant struggling day after day or will it be better for me going back to queens. what is your opinion. The schools are great here- I even thought about Long Island?
