Why did babysitter do this ?

Whenever my parents go out they get a sitter to tend to my challenged sister. I'm 13 and can't tend to all her needs. Anyways the babysitter says,I have to use a condom, cause my sperm went from clear to white. We always wait till my sister is asleep. She says I'm big for my age.
